Terms of Service

By accessing or using Payment.co and the Payment for Stripe application (operated by PocketVendor Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the Payment application for personal or commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials except as needed for normal use
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer the materials to another person or server
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions.

Payment for Stripe connects to third-party payment processors. By using our service, you also agree to comply with the terms of:

You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with these services and complying with their terms.

Payment charges a 1.2% fee on all transactions processed through the app. This is in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

The materials and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PocketVendor Inc. makes no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of the service
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service
• The accuracy of any information obtained through the service

PocketVendor Inc. and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Data requests require up to 30 days to process. Contact us at support@pocketvendor.com to exercise these rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app. You can also deauthorize Payment from your Stripe dashboard under Connected Applications.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota for resolution of any disputes.
