2

Add line items

Add products from your catalog or create custom line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices. The invoice total calculates automatically, including any applicable taxes.

Common questions

How do I set payment due dates?
When creating an invoice, you can set the due date to be immediate, or choose a standard term like Net 15, Net 30, or Net 60. You can also set a custom due date for specific situations.
Can I send payment reminders?
Yes! Stripe can automatically send payment reminders to customers with unpaid invoices. You can configure reminder timing in your Stripe Dashboard under Invoice settings, or manually resend an invoice from the app.
What payment methods can customers use?
Customers can pay invoices using any payment method enabled in your Stripe account, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (ACH). The payment link handles everything securely.
Can I save invoices as drafts?
Yes, invoices are saved as drafts until you send them. You can create an invoice, add items over time, and send it when you're ready. Draft invoices appear in your invoice list for easy access.
